To support this commitment, Clicktools has designed its Global Partner Program to meet the needs of our various growing partner communities and will continue to evolve the Program as new partner types emerge. As a member of the Clicktools’ Global Partner Program you will benefit from competitive margins on product and service offerings.

 

Partner Types

Clicktools’ Global Partner Program addresses the different needs of our various partner communities:

  • Consulting Partners are sales orientated and technically capable channel resellers that offer value added services when positioning Clicktools solutions and services. They include management consultants, SaaS systems implementation specialists and marketing agencies who sell Clicktools to enhance their service proposition.
  • Strategic Alliance Partners are enterprise SaaS software providers such as Salesforce.com and Oracle where Clicktools’ product set is tightly integrated to offer value added solutions that are actively supported by the partner in being taken to market.
  • Resellers are sales orientated channel resellers that act as local Clicktools sales offices around the world.
  • Technology Alliance Partners are SaaS software providers that have products that are integrated with Clicktools to enhance their proposition. These relationships are based on specific conditions that will include product integration requirements, innovative solution design and may include business development.
  • Marketing Partners include specialist networks and forums that provide Clicktools and their own customers with specialist functional and industry knowledge, typically around the area of feedback and/or customer experience.
  • Not-for-Profit (NFP) Partners are organizations who deal solely with registered charities and NGOs, typically to assist in implementation of CRM and EFM/survey solutions.

 

Our Partnership Program

Clicktools’ Global Partner Program maximizes partner relationships with Clicktools and provides access to a host of resources to support this objective:

  • Partner Support: a dedicated Partner Manager to provide access to the Clicktools resources you need, when you need them.
  • Technical Support: providing technical resources to help you sell, implement and support Clicktools solutions.
  • Sales Support: Resources and tools designed to enable each phase of the sales cycle.
  • Training & Education: Leading to accreditation in selling and implementing Clicktools solutions.
  • Marketing: Resources to develop innovative joint marketing campaigns and business development.

Clicktools’ Global Partner Program has three levels of partnership ; Platinum, Gold and Silver, each of which have distinct benefits and requirements to meet the goals of the partnership. The partnership level is based on previous and continued commitment to Clicktools and the benefits are aligned to develop a close working relationship:

  • Platinum Partner are our highest level of reseller certification and is reserved for partners who have made a significant commitment to actively selling and delivering  Clicktools solutions and maintain a well trained and accredited team. Platinum partners position Clicktools as a strategic solution within their portfolio and enjoy exclusive benefits such as early access to beta product versions and the ability to recognize license revenue.
  • Gold Partner have a good understanding of how to sell and deliver Clicktools products. It reflects and rewards a commitment to business success through gaining sales and delivery accreditation. Gold partners have a complementary business strategy and enjoy benefits such as access to Technical Sales and access to Clicktools sales leads.
  • Silver Partners demonstrate the competence to sell Clicktools solutions. Silver Partners are required to achieve sales accreditation at the minimum level and enjoy benefits such as online opportunity registration and access to a demonstration account.
